Returns and exchanges are for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds. Please read through this entire return policy to determine if your item/order is eligible for return or exchange. If you return an item that is listed as non-returnable, your item will be donated and you will NOT be issued a store credit.

Return Policy:

• Merchandise may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. You must have the receipt upon return. Any shipping fees and/or processing fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories must still be attached and intact.
• Footwear must be returned in its original box, without any markings or damage.
• Returns and cancellations will be charged a 3% restocking fee for transaction fees. 

Returning in Store:

• If you purchased your item in-store, please return it to the store. If you return meets the above criteria, you will be issued a store credit.

Returning Online Purchases:

• If you purchased your item on the website, please use the Customer Return Portal. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
• Please allow 5-7 business days once we receive your return for your store credit.
• Once we have processed your return, you will receive a store credit to the e-mail used to purchase the item.

Exchanges: 

Exchanges must meet the same criteria as a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused and the tags must be intact. You must also provide the original receipt.
